Treatment of Garments
Screen Printing
The printing process where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A squeegee or blade may be used to move across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One colour is printed at a time, and several screens can be used to produce a multi-coloredk, image or design.
Treatment
Machine wash in warm or cold water inside out using a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang. Hand-wash the garment if possible or use the washing machine’s gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry
Heat Transfer
Heat transfer printing or Digital Transfer is the process of printing your logo or design onto a substrate i.e., transfer paper or vinyl and then ink is thermally transferred from the substrate to your fabric using heat and pressure.
Treatment
Machine wash in warm or cold water inside out using a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang not iron directly on heat transfer design
Sublimation
Sublimation is when a solid material turns into a gas without going through a liquid stage. For sublimation printing the image is infused onto sublimation printing paper with a special sublimation dye which is then heated and transferred onto a garment or object.
Treatment
Machine wash in cold water inside out using a mild detergent . Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of stitching a pattern, design, name or logo directly onto a garment.
Treatment
Machine wash in warm or cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach or or optical brightening agens Tumble dry on low or hang dry
Vector Images
Vector graphics are computer graphic images that have been define in points on a Cartesian plane why are connected by lines and curves to form shapes. Vector images can be scaled up and down in size to any resolution without becoming pixilated..
Vectors are commonly found in SVG, EPS, PDF and AI file formats.
